Hello there.
It seems like I haven't post for so so so long.
I am actually busy with my real business by selling things online and some cosmetics products at home.
I didn't even have time for PTC clicking because it earns less than doing REAL business at home, but I still like blogging. It is so much fun just writing about this and that, which is already a title of this blog. I'm not sure if this blog can be useful or anything, but, well, if you don't have anything to read, you can actually read here.
Starting my own biz was very challenging even though I did it with another friend of mine. She was always a busy person and didn't care much for this business. However, later on, it was vice versa. I got all busy and everything, so she had to do most of the work. Even worse, I was such a clumsy person (well I am still a clumsy one now), and eventually ordered the wrong stuffs for the customers. As a result, we made quite an amount of loss. She was mad and sad, and honestly, if I was her, I would also be sad and mad because clumsiness doesn't help in business. After some experiences of selling of about 3 months, I realize some more tips for myself such as notice of the shipping time for each other, places to deliver, how to talk to customers, and how to take nice photograph of our on hand product. Those were really really helpful as now we've got some loyal customers as well as some retailers. It was great!
On the other hand, it makes me busy all the time since I have to talk to at least 1 customer everyday. They are quite impatient sometimes, while some are very understanding. When come across an angry customer, I was so scared at first. I didn't know how to handle them! They were so fierce and harsh, and it really really scares me. As the matter of fact, I am a very easy going person, so I just simply tell them to cancel the order. *smile proudly of myself*
Of course my partner isn't happy about this, but she's too lazy to talk to mad customers. She has this thinking that when people are angry, they don't listen to us talking, so why bother talking to them?
It's actually a good mindset. I absolutely agree. At another point, for some customers who I know that are easy going too, I would try to apologize many times to them, and maybe discount the price a bit or sometimes give them a gift. They would feel a lot better later on because they will like we prioritize them. People surely would like to be prioritized, right?
In short, I've learnt many things from this real-life experience. You won't know it until you try it. Right now, I am actually thinking of a business plan because the price was 3000 USD!! Omg, who wouldn't want that?! You can just earn it by making a 3mn video which is not easy! I tell you, not EASY. It's like we have to summerize everything and make sure it can be easily understood by just a 3 minutes video. Man, worth it.
